Job Description
SNAPSHOT
| $1,000.00 / week | |
| Role: CNA (Skilled Nursing) | |
| Rotating days/nights · 8 or 12-hr · Weekends as needed | |
| 8–40/wk | |
| Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) | |
| Start: ASAP |
Includes taxable wages and, when applicable, tax-free stipends. Actual compensation may vary by assignment and hours worked.
RESPONSIBILITIES
| Resident-centered care (LTC/SNF) | |
| ADLs, safe transfers (Hoyer), vitals; dementia/behavioral support | |
| Basic wound care; infection-control adherence | |
| EMR documentation (PointClickCare a plus); PPE/hand hygiene/isolation |
REQUIREMENTS
| Active NY CNA in good standing | |
| 6+ months recent LTC/SNF experience |
PREFERRED
| BLS/CPR | |
| PointClickCare experience | |
| Dementia-care training |
